ABOUT
My work sits where strategy meets reality.

Over the years, I have worked alongside executive teams in complex, multi-site and transformation-driven environments situations where alignment is fragile, information is incomplete, and decisions carry long-term consequences.

I have seen that most challenges in S&OP and transformation are not technical.
They are human: misaligned incentives, unspoken tensions, overloaded governance, and decisions made too late or without true ownership.

My role is to create the conditions for clarity.
Not by adding more frameworks or processes, but by helping leaders slow down at the right moments, surface what really matters, and align around decisions that can be executed with confidence.

I work with discretion, neutrality, and respect for organizational dynamics because trust is often the most critical variable in complex decision making.

I engage where judgment matters as much as data and where alignment is the difference between motion and progress.
